  2. Faire fondre le levure dans le lait tiède..
  3. Faire fondre le beurre..
  4. Mélanger le sel et le sucre dans le lait, puis mélanger le tout dans le beurre fondu..
  5. Tiédir le tout et ajouter la farine..
  6. Ajouter les œufs et travailler la pain à la main jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne lisse (il ne faut pas sécher la pâte, il faut qu'elle puisse se décoller des parois du saladier)..
  7. Soupoudrer le dessus de la pâte, et mettre au frigo avec un couvercle environ 4h..
  8. Après les 4h, couper la pâte en 3 et placer les morceaux dans un moule puis laisser reposer 5h..
  9. Après les 5h, badigeonner le dessus de la pâte avec de l'eau et du sucre (pour la faire dorer)..
  10. Enfin mettre au four pour 30 à 40 min à 175°C..
